Shelf life varies by product:

• Fresh baked goods: 2–4 days refrigerated

• Savory snacks & crunchies: 7–14 days (airtight)

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability, pricing, and pickup/delivery details.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Prompt pickup during the selected time slot is mandatory, as many of our products are freshly made with limited shelf life.

Orders not picked up within the agreed time may be discarded for food safety reasons. No refunds will be issued for missed pickups.

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded, as all items are freshly prepared.
